Netley Street Building Collapse
Euston crews riding the Emergency Rescue Tender attended when this four storey building collapsed on A23 Eustons ground in 1988. The Fireman seen here is using a vibraphone to detect signs of life. Today crews use similar systems such as the Delsar Life detector. All the residents occupying the building were found safe and well.
